As transparency is one of our goals, we will always include in any invoice we create a complete list of the materials we use along with the corresponding prices. You will also see the amount of labor we performed and the charges for that service. Also, you will see the complete invoice prior to any repairs being performed. On-Time Service:
You will never have to wonder when a Global Warming and Cooling technician is going to arrive at your home or business. Calling Global means, you will quickly get an appointment scheduled within a time frame that is convenient for you, your family, or your staff.
Up-Front Pricing:
At Global Warming and Cooling there are never any hidden charges. We know how long it generally takes to perform 99.9999999% of the services in the HVAC&R industry. It is one thing to claim this, it is another to execute it. While we charge by the hour, we will give you the general time for any given repair, if we go over that time you will not be charged any additional cost. However, if we perform our repairs in less time than quoted you will only be charged for the time the technician spent performing the repairs. Our technicians will always tell you our price before they begin any work. We make sure to give you options so you can make the best, most informed decision possible.
The Job Done Right the First Time:
When Global Warming and Cooling comes to your home or business, we are trained to fix the problem right the first time. We do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with our work. We take our reputation seriously and will do everything we can to make sure you will tell your friends about the work we have done for you.
Emergency Service:
Global Warming and Cooling understands that heating, cooling, and commercial refrigeration systems sometimes fail after normal business hours. Even after hours one of our experienced personnel will return your call in a timely manner and arrange with you service for your system. We do try to limit our emergency hours to midnight, but this is not set in stone as every situation is different.
Planned Maintenance:
Global Warming and Cooling whole heartedly understand the value of regular maintenance for your Heating Cooling and Refrigeration systems. We offer several planned programs and singular checkups along with cleanings.
